Where it all started… After having the genius business idea to provide a top quality, low cost, online student storage service to UK students, Rob has been working with universities across the Midlands and London to grow the business over the past 5 years.
The success of our business has made it possible to help students on the scale we do today! With a background in the police, he has run several other successful businesses since retiring, and understands that customers expect a quality and cost effective service. Let’s just say he knows what he’s doing!
Anna Vivian
Business Development Manager
Who else would you want running the show more than someone who has been in your shoes (literally!)?
After working in the hospitality and logistics trade here in the UK and abroad, Anna knows just how important trust between a customer and a business provider is, especially when they are looking after your possessions. With her experience and background she is great at managing logistical issues and understands that plans may change so don’t worry, we can handle it!

Charlie Hopewell
Operations Manager
After working closely with Rob over the past few years, Charlie has learnt the ins and outs of the operations. He’s an enthusiastic grafter that will always go the extra mile to help customers with their storage deliveries, collections and returns.
Our packing team is made up experienced workers and managed by Charlie who assisted in the packing of over 400 students at Loughborough University alone last year. I guess you could call him a Packing Expert too!

How can I pay for my storage?
We make it as easy as possible for you to pay. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our secure online booking system. In addition, we also accept payment via a BACS transfer.
Can I use my own suitcases or bags?
Yes, all suitcases and bags should have attached handles with fully operating zips or fasteners and when packed should not weigh more than 25kg.
Can I use different addresses?
Yes, just specify the addresses when arranging making your booking. If things change then just let us know. Costs may be incurred if the new address is not in the original town or city post code area.
What can I store with you?
Just about anything that can be stored in a box providing it is a non-liquid, non-edible, non-biodegradable and safe and legal. We have a list of specific items that can be stored and you can request a quote for other items that are not shown. See our Terms and Conditions for a full breakdown.
